Easy Penne Alfredo Pasta Recipe – Bachelor Recipes For 3-4 People
Ingredients – Easy Penne Alfredo Pasta Recipe
- Penne packet (Rava-based is best)
- 200g Paneer packet
- 10-12 Kaju (Cashew nuts)
- 2-3 sachet of oregano (Snapin Oregano is available & costs around ₹50-₹60)
- Salt as per taste
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Capsicum
- 1 Onion
- 5-6 Cherry Tomato [Optional]
- Basil Leaves – 7-8
- 1 Zucchini (green/yellow)
- Olives & jalapeno (if you wish to add)
- 15-20 garlic cloves
- 1 sachet of peri peri masala (I prefer Orika African Peri Peri Masala)
Process – Easy Penne Alfredo Pasta Recipe
- Take a mixer grinder jar- add paneer pieces, cashew nuts, 10-12 garlic cloves, a pinch of salt, and half glass of water
- Keep grinding till you get a smooth paste- Your Pasta base is ready!
- Yupp! No Maida and no Milk.
- Now take a pan, add water, let the water boil, add pasta, and leave it on low flame (takes a good amount of time)
- Now, heat a pan and add some butter or oil (whatever you have at home)
- You can also use Olive oil
- Let the oil heat a bit
- Now chop the remaining garlic cloves and add in the oil
- Stir a bit and add chopped onion
- Wait till the onion color changes
- Now add other chopped veggies
- Fry everything nicely
- Now add the Pasta base we just made
- Add our Italian spices like Oregano and Peri Peri
- Add salt as per taste (1 teaspoon will do)
- Now add our boiled Pasta
- Mix everything
- Now keep it on low flame
- Turn off the gas and it is ready to eat!

1. You can add your favorite veggies- break the rules and add carrot or lettuce if you like!
2. For those who are lactose intolerant, you can replace Paneer with washed and boiled Cauliflower

1. Don’t over boil your pasta. It will taste like a baby food
2. Don’t add unsuitable veggies. Though I just suggested you to add your favorite veggies, it does not mean that you add any unsuitable veggies; for instance, Bhindi! Let’s maintain the decorum of Italian cuisine!
3. More garlic is less garlic! I mean, some extra garlic is never a bad idea while making a healthy Pasta at home.
4. Avoid eating with Maida bread as it is not a healthy option. Try to serve your tasty pasta with brown bread.
5. Make the gravy a bit watery. Once you start heating it, it becomes thick very quickly due to the ingredients like Paneer and Cashew Nuts.
